Job Responsibilities\n

• Support the day-to-day movement of goods in line with operational requirements.

• Inbound and Outbound call to and from customers
\n
• Assist with receiving, checking, and processing deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
\n
• Maintain clear records
\n
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and service expectations.
\n
• Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate person to prevent delays or errors.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications\n

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and documentation.

• Good numeracy and literacy skillls
\n
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly and consistently.

• Basic understanding of logistics processes and the importance of accuracy.

• Reliable timekeeping and a proactive approach to completing tasks to standard.

• Comfort working in a fast paced active environment

• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with the wider team, Customers and drivers

• Health and Safety awareness, with a commitment to safe working practices.
