Job Description
We're looking for experienced Interim Senior Commercial Managers to support operational procurement across the ICT category, managing high-value tenders and delivering commercial outcomes in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ICT procurement activities across products and services.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Manage high-value tenders using Open Procedures and CCS framework mini-competitions.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Oversee multiple procurements at different stages of the lifecycle.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective commercial delivery.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and frameworks.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Support procurement across networks, infrastructure and SaaS.
\n \n \n

Essential experience:

Extensive operational procurement experience within ICT.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Strong track record delivering high-value tenders.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Knowledge of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience desirable.
\n \n \n - \n \n \n
Procurement Act 2023 training completed or willingness to undertake it.

Location: Hybrid - 40% office-based

Rate: £590 per day Umbrella

Clearance: BPSS, with Parliamentary CTC clearance required before appointment
