THE OPPORTUNITY

Were looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Rayleigh.

THE ROLE
Youll be carrying out servicing maintenance repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles working as part of an experienced Workshop team.

Youll be responsible for:

• Carrying out servicing repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Using manufacturer and diagnostic equipment where required.
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work.
• Following manufacturer procedures and health and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop records.
• Working closely with Service Advisors and the wider Aftersales team.
• Keeping your work area clean organised and professional.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a solid foundation of automotive technical experience.

Youll need:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Confident servicing repairing and maintaining vehicles.
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Franchised dealership experience would be advantageous but were happy to consider strong Technicians from other automotive backgrounds.
