Job Vacancy: Teaching Assistant (TA) – SEN Alternative Provision Location: Truro area, Cornwall Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm, during term time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Make a real difference every day! We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a SEN alternative provision that we work closely with. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them overcome barriers to learning. You will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive and engaging environment where every young person feels valued, understood and able to succeed. The Role Working closely with teaching staff, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and build positive relationships.
