1 Month Contract with a Local Authority

Umbrella - £16.00 per hour - Umbrella

Job Purpose

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment across classrooms, offices and communal areas within a school setting.

Key Duties/Accountabilities

• Clean classrooms, offices and corridors.

• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Dust, wipe and sanitise surfaces.

• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.

• Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards.

• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when required.

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Support the cleanliness and presentation of the school environment.

Essential Experience Required

• Previous cleaning experience desirable.

• Experience working in schools, public buildings or commercial premises desirable.

• Ability to work independently.

• Good attention to detail.

• Reliable and punctual approach to work.

• Understanding of cleaning standards and health & safety requirements.

Additional Information to Note

• Working Hours: 9 hours per week.

• Monday to Friday.

• Shift Pattern: 15:15 - 17:05.

• Kirkby, Nottinghamshire, NG17 7DH.
• Enhanced DBS Required.

• School Environment.

• We work on bi-weekly payment schedule.
