This lovely Nursery in cental Woking are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager, supernumerary, to support and work alongside the manager in the day to day running of this large and busy nursery. Onsite parking, great transport links.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this growing provider. Working 40 hrs this role is offering a salary is up to £35k depending on experience and qualifications, together with great benefits with this growing provider

Requirements

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role

A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting

Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager

Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices

Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting

Ideal Nursery Deputy Manager Candidate

Passionate about early years education and children’s development within a nursery setting

Confident leader, able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team

Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting

Promotes best practice, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in the nursery supporting the team on a daily basis
