Classic Car Parts & Customer Service Specialist
For someone who knows their classic cars and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Were recruiting for a respected classic parts specialist looking for someone with a passion for classic cars good mechanical understanding and excellent customer service skills.
This is a predominantly telephone-based role dealing with enthusiasts owners and restoration specialists who need knowledgeable friendly assistance.
The role involves:
- Handling customer enquiries and providing knowledgeable parts advice.
- Processing orders and coordinating deliveries and logistics.
- Helping customers identify the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Building lasting relationships through excellent customer service.
- Working with a team that shares a genuine passion for classic motoring.
What were looking for:
A good understanding of vehicle mechanics strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for classic cars. Previous parts experience would be beneficial but product knowledge personality and a customer-first attitude are equally important.
This isnt a hard-sell role. Its about knowing your stuff looking after customers and enjoying what you do.
