Umbrella Rate: £16 per hour umbrella

Summary

• We are seeking a Cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within an office building located in Market Harborough. You will ensure a safe, pleasant, and clean working environment for all staff and visitors.
  

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine office cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  
• Emptying litter bins and disposing of waste safely and appropriately.
  
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms, toilets, and kitchen/breakout areas to a high standard.
  
• Dusting, polishing, and wiping down desks, surfaces, and communal areas.
  
• Ensuring all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
  
• Reporting any maintenance issues, faults, or health and safety hazards to the site manager.
  

Experience

• Previous experience undertaking general cleaning duties.
  
• Knowledge of safe manual handling and safe use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
  

Qualifications

• Basic DBS check.
  

Additional Information

• Working hours: 10 hours per week.
  
• Basic DBS check.
  
• This is an Onsite role based in Market Harborough.
  
• We work on a biweekly payment schedule.
  

Requirements
We are seeking a Community Warden to carry out enforcement patrols and deter anti-social behaviour. You will encourage good behaviour and compliance with legislation to make the area cleaner, greener, and safer.
