This vacancy, the result of a period of maternity which we expect to be between 6-9 months. The role will form part of the senior leadership team and will ultimately report into the leadership board, the successful applicant will be office based in Glasgow (the head office), for at least 3 days per week and Edinburgh for 2 days at another site. The Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to provide hands on practical HR leadership to a team of HR professionals at the same time supporting team leaders in ensuring that HR processes and procedures are known, understood and followed. You will also be responsible for supporting the leadership/executive team in all matters HR. Please note that whilst this is a senior role it will be hands on, fully operational, rewarding and busy.
