Requirements

• Previous experience in facilities management school site management or general maintenance is desirable

• Good understanding of building maintenance statutory compliance health and safety procedures

• Practical hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently coordinate site staff and collaborate effectively with school colleagues

• Strong communication interpersonal and time-management abilities

• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo the necessary checks

• Must be authorised to work in the UK
