Hub Submission Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Hub Submission Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid working in Sandwich Kent 2 to 3 days per week.

Salary:
Up to 17.67 per hour (PAYE). Rateare dependant upon experience.

Hub Submission Manager Role:

• Looking after the day to day running of regulatory submissions to Health Authorities in your allocated countries.
• Planning each submission and making sure it is ready on time.
• Working closely with product teams and country contacts to agree what is needed and when.
• Building sending and storing electronic and paper submissions.
• Managing translations and keeping everyone up to date on timelines.
• Spotting problems early and helping to fix them so that deadlines are met.

Your Background:

• Experience working in a busy regulated environment with tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience building electronic submissions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• A good understanding of regulatory guidelines and how a submission is put together.
• Great attention to detail strong organisation and a talent for project management.
• A keen interest in learning new software and tools and a team player attitude.
