Your focus is driving repeat purchase, customer retention and engagement, and with them revenue growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will run the email channel day to day, from planning and writing campaigns to building and improving automated customer journeys, and working with the paid media team to generate new leads. Email is one of the Group's highest-returning channels, so you'll keep it running at a high standard from early on, then continually test, learn and optimise to grow it.
Key Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Planning

Identify opportunities to grow email revenue through segmentation, personalisation and new automated journeys.
Campaign Delivery & Copywriting

Collaborate with brand, design and performance marketing teams to ensure email activity supports wider commercial objectives.
Automation & List Management
Build, manage and optimise behavioural automations, including welcome, browse and basket abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows.
Create and manage email templates, sign-up forms and pop-ups, keeping them on-brand and built to convert.
Grow and maintain a healthy, engaged subscriber list through segmentation and regular list hygiene.
Work closely with the paid media team on lead generation, from input on lead magnets and offers through to the nurture flows that turn new leads into customers, and report on lead quality and conversion.
Monitor performance, make data-led decisions and implement continuous improvements through A/B testing of subject lines, content, offers and send times.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign and automation performance using the email platform, GA4 and website data, taking a holistic view of how email contributes to overall results.
Produce meaningful performance reports and insights for the Marketing Manager and key stakeholders.
Use data to inform future email strategy, content and investment decisions.
Ensure all email activity complies with GDPR and PECR, including consent and unsubscribe management.
