Arden White Recruitment are working with a growing automotive repair business in Salisbury, looking for an experienced Smart Repair Tyre & Wheel Technician to join the team. What you will be doing: Alloy wheel refurbishment, including diamond cut wheels Wheel preparation and paint finishing Tyre fitting, repairs, balancing and refitting Operating wheel refurbishment equipment Speaking with customers and helping with enquiries/quotes Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeepingWhat We're Looking For: Experience with alloy wheel refurbishment and comfortable fitting tyres Confident working independently Good attention to detail Friendly, customer-focused attitude Full UK driving licence Lives local to Salisbury and able to commuteWhat's On Offer Circa £35,000 basic and £40,000 OTE Monday to Friday working hours Growing business with genuine progression opportunities 22 days holiday + bank holidays Birthday off Pension scheme Life assurance Staff discounts Additional employee benefits and wellbeing supportInterested?
