\n We are recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established manufacturing business based in the Coalville area. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi skilled engineer to join a busy production environment, carrying out a combination of electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.\n

\n The Role:\n

\n

\n
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production machinery and equipment.
\n
• Diagnose and fault find electrical and mechanical issues.
\n
• Respond to breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.
\n
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability.
\n
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with health and safety procedures.
\n
• Work closely with production teams to minimise disruption and maximise productivity.
\n

\n

\n The Ideal Candidate:\n

\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
\n
• Experience with both preventative and reactive maintenance.
\n
• Relevant engineering qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
\n
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Comfortable working a Panama shift pattern.
\n
