Newbold Verdon Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and effective

Parent & Family Support Advisor

Start Date: TBC

Contract: Fixed Term

Salary Details: Grade 9. This attracts a salary range of £33,129 to £35,493 per annum, awarded on a pro-rata basis. Your starting salary would be approximately £7,662.74. (Pay Point 19).

Hours of work: 10 hours per week (2 days 8.30am-1.30pm)

The successful candidate will:

• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who will bring a sense of energy and passion to the role

• Have a good level of general education - English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or above is essential

• Be able to use their initiative to work independently and flexibly

• Be a person with good interpersonal skills who can form positive relationships with both pupils and adults, and work effectively as part of a team

• Be someone who is able to show empathy and flexibility towards the children in their care
