Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join a friendly and well-established secondary school located in Little Cowarne . This is a full-time temporary position starting as soon as possible.

About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or aspiring caretaker to play a vital role in the day-to-day running of a busy school environment on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will ensure the premises remain clean safe and well-maintained at all times.
You will work closely with the site team and senior leadership to support the smooth operation of the school helping create a positive environment for both students and staff.
Experience and Skills
Previous caretaker site assistant or maintenance background (preferred)
Basic understanding of property upkeep and relevant health & safety guidelines
Practical hands-on mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
Capacity to work independently as well as within a collaborative team
Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
Valid right to work in the UK
