Fabricator/Assembler

Fabricator Location: Outskirts of High Wycombe Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum plus annual bonus Job Type: Permanent Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm; Friday, 8am–3.30pm We’re looking for a hands-on Fabricator to join a friendly, established manufacturing team on the outskirts of High Wycombe. This would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing a job properly and is keen to learn new skills. You’ll be joining a small, experienced team with plenty of banter and a strong focus on quality. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities of the Fabricator: * Manufacture and assemble products from raw materials. * Use workshop machinery, saws, powered tools and hand tools to make and assemble components. * Read and work accurately from drawings. * Carry out fabrication, assembly and welding tasks, with training provided. * Check finished work to ensure a consistently high standard. * Work efficiently and independently once trained, supporting colleagues when needed. * Work overtime when required to help meet customer demand.
