Sitting within the group finance team and reporting into the Group Accounting Manager, you'll get broad exposure across group reporting, consolidation, year-end accounts, tax and treasury. Main Duties: As a Management Reporting Accountant, your main duties include: * Preparing journals, reconciliations and backing schedules for the monthly group reporting cycle, making sure the group numbers are accurate and delivered on time * Pulling together the information that feeds the monthly consolidation across the group's entities * Reconciling intercompany balances and getting to the bottom of any differences between group companies * Helping to produce the monthly reporting packs and the analysis that sits behind them * Investigating variances and unexpected movements in the results, ensuring they are fully understood before reporting * Assisting with the monthly management accounts across the group's companies * Owning balance sheet reconciliations and following up on any open or unexplained items * Posti...
