\n About the Role\n
\nService Care Solutions are recruiting for a Voids Cleaner to join a housing provider's team in the Redhill area of Surrey on a permanent basis.\n
\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of preparing empty properties to a high standard. You will be responsible for deep cleaning homes between tenancies, ensuring they are clean, safe and ready for new residents to move in.\n
\nWorking as part of a wider property and trades team, you will need to be organised, reliable and flexible, with the ability to work independently while supporting colleagues when required.

\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Carry out general cleaning duties across empty residential properties.
\n
• Sweep, hoover, mop, dust and polish surfaces throughout properties.
\n
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms and other areas to ensure homes are ready for re-letting.
\n
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely, following relevant health and safety procedures.
\n
• Record completed work and materials used accurately using handheld IT devices.
\n
• Work alongside other trades and property teams to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of service.
\n
• Manage workloads effectively and adapt to changing priorities as required.
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within domestic, commercial or housing environments.
\n
• Good organisational and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and take responsibility for completing tasks.
\n
• Flexible approach to workloads and working collaboratively with other teams.
\n
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to delivering a high-quality cleaning service.
\n
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
\n
• Willingness to undergo DBS clearance.
\n
