Bicester, Oxfordshire, £13.21 per hour, 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, Temp to Perm Opportunity
\n Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Bicester for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their PM Shift working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00.
\n This is an excellent opportunity for a forklift driver looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position. You will be joining a busy manufacturing and production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are key.

The Role\n

\n As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations during the 14:00 - 22:00 PM shift. You will ensure materials, stock and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
\n Key responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles
\n
• Moving stock, raw materials and finished goods across the site
\n
• Supplying production areas with materials as required
\n
• Booking stock into designated locations
\n
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
\n
• Completing stock movements and inventory tasks
\n
• Supporting warehouse and manufacturing teams as required
\n
• Conducting daily FLT checks and reporting defects
\n
• Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
\n

Candidate Requirements\n

\n To be considered for this role, you should have:

\n

\n
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
\n
• Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
\n
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
\n
