Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for greater autonomy, interesting work and a firm that genuinely values its people?

This established Merseyside law firm is looking for a Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor to join its supportive and collaborative team.

You’ll manage a varied caseload covering wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. With plenty of work already available, you’ll be able to focus on delivering excellent client service without the pressure of building a caseload from scratch.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Client experience (E)
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate and estate administration (E)
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload (E)
• Excellent client care and communication skills (E)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (E)
• Confidence working autonomously and collaboratively (E)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate advice (E)
• Experience advising on trusts and estate planning (D)
• Knowledge of Court of Protection matters and LPAs (D)
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (D)
• Interest in business development and professional networking (D)

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a varied Private Client caseload
• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
• Handling probate and estate administration
• Advising on trusts and succession matters
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handling Court of Protection matters
• Delivering clear, compassionate client advice
• Maintaining regulatory compliance
• Developing client and professional relationships
• Supporting the department’s continued growth
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000–£65,000, depending on experience
