About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Senior Carers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and leading care teams. You’ll help ensure individuals receive safe, compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Care Assistants during shifts
- Deliver personal care and support
- Administer medication where trained
- Complete accurate care records
- Escalate changes in health or wellbeing
- Promote safeguarding and best practice

What we need from you
- Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
- At least 6 months’ UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
- Senior Carer experience
- Moving and handling experience
- Satisfactory DBS check
- Professional, compassionate and team-focused approach
- UK driving licence preferred
Looking for regular hours?
We’re particularly keen to hear from Senior Carers who are looking to commit to around 25 hours per week. If you’re looking for fewer hours or greater flexibility, we’d still love to hear from you, as we have a range of other shift opportunities available.
Important: Overseas care experience cannot be accepted. Pay varies by shift, from standard day rates through to bank holiday rates.
