\n We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing team delivering Smart Home and Renewable Energy projects across Inverness.\n
\n
\n As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Managing site operations, subcontractors and installation teams.
\n
• Providing leadership and ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service.
\n
• Coordinating with senior management, procurement and supply chain teams to ensure projects are properly planned and resourced.
\n
• Supporting the delivery of renewable energy installations, including Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps, with an understanding of whole-house retrofit.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, Toolbox Talks and relevant legislation, including PAS 2030 and PAS 2035.
\n
• Monitoring project programmes, progress, costs and quality.
\n
• Producing regular project reports and chairing site meetings.
\n
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
\n
• Ensuring quality, environmental and health & safety procedures are followed and accurately recorded.
\n
• Keeping up to date with relevant industry regulations, HSE, Ofgem and retrofit requirements.
\n

Person Specification:\n

\n
• Previous experience within renewable energy construction, retrofit or residential installation (Desirable)
\n
• Experience managing subcontractors and installation teams
\n
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
\n
• SMSTS
\n
• First Aid
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
\n
• Flexibility to travel and stay away from home across Scotland
\n
