Working Hours

Shift patterns: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm, with flexibility required to support the operational needs of the business, including seasonal demands, special events, and peak trading periods.

Your key responsibilities

As Chef de Partie overseeing the Afternoon Tea section, you will play a key role in delivering our renowned Afternoon Tea experience, taking ownership of your section throughout preparation and service.
