Pay Rate: £110-£125 per day

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join primary schools in Shrewsbury and around. If you are passionate about supporting children's learning, classroom engagement, and educational development within a positive school environment then this opportunity is for you to grab.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
• As a learning support assistant, you will assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
• Encourage pupil participation and positive behavior.
• Support students as a learning mentor with varying educational needs and abilities.

Requiremets

• Experience working with children in schools, childcare, tutoring, or youth work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills from working as a learning support assistant prior is desirable.

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
