We are looking for a proactive and motivated Repairs Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service across their homes. You will be based in Birmingham in the office and on site 5 days a week! Role- Repairs Supervisor Contract length- Immediate sick cover Pay- £30-£34 an hour via umbrella Areas to cover- Leicester, Coventry, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Rugby and Northampton Repairs Supervisor duties: * Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades. * Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks. * Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. * Monitor productivity, performance and service +targets, taking corrective action where required. * Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work. * Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.
