About the Role
Join our Wednesbury team as a Driver/Yard Operative where youll be the face of JDP delivering products to customers and helping keep our busy yard running smoothly. Its a varied hands-on role that combines driving customer service and teamwork.
What Youll Be Doing
- Safely deliver products to customers using a 3.5T vehicle.
- Provide friendly reliable service and ensure deliveries arrive on time.
- Load and unload vehicles and prepare customer orders.
- Maintain a safe tidy and organised yard.
- Support stock control and day-to-day yard operations.
- Work closely with the team to keep everything running efficiently.

Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of health & safety in the workplace
- Knowledge of driver regulations driving hours and delivery procedures
- Ability to plan efficient delivery routes
- A proactive hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- FLT (Forklift Truck) experience is desirable but not essential
