Service Technician , your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on returned electronic instruments Mechanical disassembly and reassembly of complex equipment Electronic fault finding and PCB-level repair work Soldering and component replacement where required Performing calibration and full functional testing Recording work accurately within the company MRP system Working to quality standards, procedures and service schedules Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient turnaround times Managing your workload and providing regular progress updates

What We're Looking For The ideal

Service Technician

will have: Previous experience in an electronics, repair, service or manufacturing environment PCB handling, soldering and electronic fault-finding experience Strong mechanical aptitude and practical hands-on skills Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English What's in It for You?
