Senior Business Manager SUEZ are seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead our Bristol I&C Depot. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will lead operational staff, manage budgets, drive efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service. Salary: £49,616 - £63,262 (dependant on experience) Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance (£7,961 - £9,060 per annum), up to 10% Annual Bonus, x3 Life Assurance Policy, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (and holiday buy back scheme), 5% employer pension Location: Avonmouth Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri *Internally this role is called Senior Service Delivery Manager* What will I be doing? • Take full ownership of the depot’s performance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded. • Lead, motivate, and develop drivers and operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring full engagement. • Manage the depot’s P&L, with accountability for budgeting, forecasting, and delivering sustained profitability. • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental legislation, and all aspects of operator licence conditions. • Build strong relationships with local customers, ensuring service delivery is reliable, efficient, and cost-effective. • Oversee fleet and staff deployment, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. ...
