Mobile Technical Operative - Electrical Bias UK - Kingston upon Hull £39,000 plus Van and Fuel Card Brief Mobile Technical Operative needed for a well-known, large Facilities Management organisation based in Hull who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Technical Operative that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical building services systems, a variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets. The successful candidate will have an NVQ or C&G Level 3 in an Electrical discipline and hold their 18th Edition and have a keen interest in Electrical Technical Operations, will have the ability to find faults and diagnose and rectify complex Electrical faults and issues unaided. Have an excellent knowledge of Electrical systems, which will enable the development of switching schedules and Safety Documentation prior to shutdowns. To plan and oversee electrical shutdowns to permit maintenance or testing. Experience working in a commercial facilities management environment would be a plus!
