Job title: Data Migration Lead Location: Lincoln Contract length: 6 months rolling contract Work Structure: Hybrid (2/3 days in the office) Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Data Migration Lead to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. As an SAP Data Migration Lead, you will lead the end-to-end transition of legacy enterprise data from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA across international business units. In this role, you will define migration strategies, oversee data cleansing and governance, and direct Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) execution to ensure complete data integrity. Working closely with global cross-functional teams, you will manage risk, conduct rigorous validation testing, and maintain audit-compliant documentation to deliver a seamless system rollout with minimal operational disruption.
