Assistant Quantity Surveyor £35,000 - £45,000 + RICS Chartership Support + Structured Training Plan + Clear Progression + Mileage Paid Cardiff (Commutable from: Newport, Bridgend, Barry, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Cwmbran, Port Talbot) Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where you will be put on a structured training plan, shadow senior surveyors and be supported through your RICS Chartership? Due to continued growth and plans to expand further in the region, they are now looking to add to their surveying team. In this role you will be office-based in Cardiff with regional site visits (covering the M4 / M5 corridor). You will support cost control and day-to-day commercial duties, learning directly from experienced surveyors with a clear pathway for progression.
