Location: Gloucester, UK, Onsite Contract: 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Department: Marketing Responsible To (Job Title): Photographer & Studio Manager Main Purpose: To take full ownership of the image creation process in a more autonomous and creatively involved in-house photographer role. This position is responsible for managing the entire image workflow—from concept to the final upload preparation—while working closely with stylists and a wider creative team to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with brand standards Photograph & Studio Assistant Responsibilities: Photography * Confidently photograph consistent cutouts, details, and vignette images for a diverse range of products. * Collaborate with stylists and set builders to help execute successful and visually compelling shoots, both in the studio and on location. * Capture lifestyle imagery both in-studio and on larger-scale external shoots with minimal supervision. * Collaborate and bounce ideas in the studio with the Photography Manager and Creative Production Manager on larger-scale shoots. * Utilise AI-powered imaging tools to generate, enhance and produce high-quality imagery for the company website, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, visual standards and commercial requirements.
