HR Business Partner - Full or Part-time

The HR Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of a professional, commercially focused service to our growing number of SME and corporate clients. The role will be to listen, understand and respond in a purposeful way, sometimes with the support of other experts from the wider team. We pride ourselves on offering a personal, tailored service to our clients, we aim for our clients to speak to the same person every time they contact us, allowing you the opportunity to get to know them and them to get to know us.

You will be responsible for the account management of assigned clients and oversee the delivery of all Redway services for those clients, bringing in other members of the team where their skillset is better suited. There is an expectation that the HR Business Partner will proactively seek to bring new business into the Company to support our planned growth.

Accountabilities

• Resolve client queries promptly, accurately and effectively through appropriate and relevant HR solutions to suit each business's culture and vision
• Advise business owners, directors and managers on range of people management issues, offering tailored practical and coaching-style support to meet their needs
