The Role
Teaching a Year 2 class on a full-time basis.
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Supporting pupils' academic progress and preparing them for the transition into Key Stage 2.
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure all children are appropriately supported and challenged.
Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Promoting positive behaviour, independence, resilience and a love of learning.
