Job description

Bizagi is at the forefront of the rapidly growing enterprise automation and AI market. We’re hunting for top talent across regions to find innovative people that are eager to make an impact.

Our name stands for Business Agility, and we help organizations adapt to a fast-changing world by embedding AI into operations through business orchestration. AI is everywhere, but without a solid foundation, it can’t deliver ROI. Bizagi bridges that gap—connecting AI to end-to-end processes and measurable outcomes to ensure real results.

Companies use Bizagi to automate processes, build low-code apps, and integrate systems. Now, they’re adding our AI Agents, Workers, and Assistant in just weeks. Trusted by leaders like DHL, Unilever, and Old Mutual, Bizagi powers daily operations and transforms how business gets done.

What is it like to work at Bizagi?

Founded in LATAM, we’re a global company with strong presence in EMEA and growing in NAM. We’re proud of our diverse culture, world-class leadership, and incredible team.

At Bizagi, you’ll make a real impact, grow professionally, and enjoy the journey. We value innovation, collaboration, and accountability—and we support flexibility and work-life balance. Diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect are part of who we are.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to strengthen our product marketing team and lead the strategy and content for customer expansion marketing — helping Bizagi grow with its existing customers. You'll work with our regional Field Marketing teams, to deliver the likes of roadshows and customer advisory councils and bring their event expertise where it's needed, and you'll own the overall strategy and delivery of our global Sales Kick-Off. This is a hands-on role for a true product marketer: someone who is confident with positioning, messaging and content, competitive intelligence, and who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. The role is UK-based and supports both our UK and US teams, so some flexibility around working hours is needed to overlap with colleagues in the US.

  • Ownership: Own the strategy and content for customer expansion marketing, with real input into how Bizagi talks to and grows with its existing customers.
  • Visibility: Work directly with senior marketing leadership and the sales VPs in each region, on programmes that feed straight into revenue and customer growth.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside Field Marketing colleagues in each region, who bring the event expertise to deliver local events while you set the strategy and content.
  • Variety: No two weeks look the same — shaping customer expansion messaging, leading Sales Kick-Off, and helping the team sharpen how we position against competitors.

  • Lead Customer Expansion Marketing: Own the strategy and content for customer expansion marketing, building demand and pipeline from our installed base.
  • Own Sales Kick-Off (SKO): Own the overall strategy and delivery of Bizagi's global Sales Kick-Off, working directly with the sales VPs in each region on content and logistics.
  • Partner with Field Marketing on Local Events: Work with the Field Marketers in each region to deliver local events such as Bizagi Days and the Bizagi Advisory Council. You set the expansion strategy and content; they bring the event expertise and handle in-region logistics, POs and delivery, so nothing is duplicated.
  • Centralise Messaging & Positioning: Create and maintain consistent product and customer messaging that regional teams can build from.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain and curate Bizagi’s competitive intelligence library, perform competitive enablement, and perform specialized competitive research. Contribute to Competitive Insight: Help the product marketing team keep a clear view of how we compare and position against competitors.
  • Partner with Sales: Work directly with sales leads to align expansion campaigns and events with what is moving deals.
  • Manage the Budget: Manage the budget for the programmes you own, including vendor contracts and tracking spend against plan.
  • Build and Improve Programmes: Set up new programmes and processes where they don't yet exist, and keep improving the ones that do.

  • Product marketing experience in B2B software, ideally enterprise software, with strong positioning, messaging and content skills.
  • Experience in expansion, customer or account-based marketing, i.e. marketing to an existing customer base rather than only net-new acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to produce clear, polished messaging and content.
  • Experience planning and delivering large events or internal programmes, such as a sales kick-off, working with senior sales leaders.
  • Comfortable owning a budget, including vendor negotiation and tracking spend.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach — comfortable building programmes and processes where they don't yet exist.
  • Comfortable working with a regional Field Marketing team that brings event expertise and handles local delivery.
  • Flexibility around working hours to work with colleagues in both the UK and the US, and able to travel within the UK for events.
  • Based in the UK, with the right to work in the UK.

  • Competitive analysis or market intelligence experience.
  • Customer marketing experience, such as gathering and shaping customer stories and references.
  • Experience running events, including executive or customer-facing events.
  • Spanish language skills.

We don't expect deep expertise in all of these — a strong overlap with the core list, plus genuine curiosity about the rest, is exactly the profile we're after.

  • Product marketing: positioning and messaging frameworks, competitive analysis, content or copywriting.
  • Customer & sales collaboration: CRM/marketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), customer marketing and reference programmes.
  • Events & budget: event platforms (Cvent, ON24, Zoom or similar), budget tracking, PO/expense systems, Excel/Google Sheets.
