Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our distribution centres safe, efficient, and running like clockwork.

You'll be part of our Estate Operations team, working hands-on across our sites and keeping everything in top shape—while making sure any contractors we use deliver the same high standards.

• Salary: £27,500.00 per annum
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Job Type: Full time permanent contract
• Location: Crewe – travel to other sites will be required on an ad hoc basis to support maintenance activities or project work

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:

• Keeping on top of planned maintenance (PPMs) and hitting agreed timelines
• Jumping on faults quickly, diagnosing issues, and fixing them properly
• Prioritising jobs so the right things get done at the right time
• Flagging when something can't be repaired and recommending the right fix
• Carrying out repairs, installations, and minor works across our sites
• Completing testing and certification where needed
