This role is ideal for a fire safety professional looking to play a key role in ensuring residential buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully aligned with current fire safety legislation. Based on the details from Fire Risk and Fire Door Assessor, the position focuses on undertaking Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections across residential housing stock. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Fire Door Inspections, identifying fire safety risks, providing practical recommendations, and monitoring remedial actions to completion. Working closely with contractors, consultants, residents, and internal stakeholders, you will help maintain high levels of compliance and building safety.
