Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator

The Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator at Berkshire College of Agriculture is a part-time, term time only role that involves working 17.5 hours per week over 37 term time only weeks. The position is on Scale G of the support staff pay scale and offers a salary between G17 £10,011.04 up to £10,718.56 (G17 £25,483 up to G19 £27,284 FTE). The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday working between 11:30am and 3pm daily.

Reporting to the Head of Learning Support the Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering an engaging programme of lunchtime clubs. The postholder creates an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment tailored to students with additional needs, social communication difficulties, and barriers to learning. To be successful in the role of Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator you will also be expected to integrate essential employability development into activities, focusing on leadership, communication, resilience, punctuality, and real-life enterprise skills.
