Encourage reading for pleasure and confident classroom participation. The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has strong English subject knowledge. Can deliver clear, structured and engaging lessons. Uses effective behaviour management and differentiation. Is committed to improving literacy and pupil outcomes.
