You’ll be the face of the project to clients and stakeholders, working across a varied mix of schemes rather than being stuck on one site for years. Picture yourself leading major refurbishment schemes across the North West and Scotland. Mostly residential and mixed-use commercial, high-profile and complex, and you’re trusted to run them from day one. You’re the Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator, managing JCT Design & Build contracts end to end, and you’re the one guiding projects through Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Regime. If you’ve taken schemes through Gateway 2 or been close to the process, that’s exactly the background we want to see. This is a rare chance to step up to Associate Director at a fast-moving SME.
