Air Conditioning Engineers
to support a busy portfolio of commercial properties and retail stores amongst other sites across Central England. You will be assigned a sensible geographical patch working alongside a team of engineers supported by an experienced supervisor and management. This is a mobile role carrying out
PPM, reactive maintenance, fault-finding and minor repairs
on a range of commercial AC systems. Any experience with cellar coolers and refrigeration would be a welcome bonus The Role Service, maintenance and repair of AC systems VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, some AHUs and FCUs Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes Working independently across a regional patch Completing compliance paperwork and job reports Participating in a call-out rota (enhanced rates) What You'll Need F-Gas 2079
(essential) NVQ Level 2/3 in AC & Refrigeration (preferred) Strong fault-finding and diagnostics experience Background in commercial, retail or FM environments Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage your workload What's On Offer £42,000 – £47,000 base salary Company van + fuel card Overtime at enhanced rates Bonus Private Medical Call-out payments Tools, uniform, phone/tablet 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme OEM training (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba)
