As the Registered Manager of a small nursing home in Colchester, you’ll be responsible for leading a team that supports adults with learning and physical disabilities, and high dependency needs who require 24/7 care. You’ll oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring it runs safely, efficiently and in full compliance with CQC standards.
