ROLE: Grounds Maintenance Operative – Parks & Grounds LOCATION: Bingham / Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire (NG13) HOURS: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 37.5–40 Hours Per Week CONTRACT: Temporary Assignment with Potential for Ongoing Work Frontline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team working across parks, playgrounds, and cemetery grounds in the Bingham and Cotgrave areas of Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented public spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep of parks and grounds, ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard and are ready for public use. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and happy to travel between different sites throughout the working day. Previous grounds maintenance experience is advantageous but not essential, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to develop their skills in an outdoor maintenance role.
