MIG Welder (4 Day Week) £14 - £15 an hour + 4 Day Week + Flexitime + Company Benefits Walsall Are you a MIG Welder looking for a role with great work life balance, in a well-established family-run company offering a stable, long-term role, working 4 days a week with flexible hours? This role is a MIG Welding position, working within a well-loved workshop with 20 other members of the fabrication and production team. Day to day you will be MIG welding mild steel products, participating in the manufacturing of heavy steel fabrications. It is a 40-hour week, working Monday to Thursday, the core hours are 7am-5.30pm, they are also offering a flexitime arrangement with the ability to start and finish earlier or later. This company has been going over 20 years, and manufactures heavy industrial and plant machinery, they are looking to continue expanding and taking on more business, and as such are expanding the team to match. This role would suit a MIG Welder looking for a secure and stable Monday to Thursday, with the option to adjust start and end times around what works best for you.
