Jira ITSM Solution Architect (Contract) Contract: Initial 3 Months (likely extension) Location: Remote (UK) Engagement: Inside IR35 Start: ASAP Pay Rate: Market Rates / DoE IR35 Determiniation: Inside IR35 - via Umbrella Jira ITSM Solution Architect (Contract) Role Overview CPS Group UK are delighted to be supporting a major organisation that has already implemented a significant portion of its Jira Service Management (JSM) platform and established a target-state architecture. We are now hiring for a Jira ITSM Solution Architect to review, validate and optimise the existing solution while supporting the completion of the programme. This is not a greenfield architecture role. Instead, you'll act as a trusted SME, providing assurance that the current design is scalable, supportable and aligned with ITSM best practices, while identifying opportunities for improvement and guiding the delivery team through final implementation stages.
