We are looking for a Yard Co-ordinator to help keep a busy machinery depot running smoothly, ensuring equipment is prepared, checked and ready for delivery. This is a varied, hands-on role combining yard management, machine movements, transport coordination and equipment checks. Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 p/a Location: Farnham A varied, hands-on role within a busy machinery depot The opportunity to work closely with workshop and transport teamsKey Responsibilities Coordinate incoming and outgoing machinery, overseeing loading, unloading and vehicle movements around the yard. Check new and used machines on arrival, including specifications, attachments, paintwork and any damage. Ensure machines are fully prepared for dispatch, with pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), attachments, certificates and third-party equipment in place. Coordinate PDI schedules and confirm all required internal and external work has been completed. Carry out final checks before dispatch, including fuel levels, equipment and machine specifications.
