Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer, will be responsible for: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services plant and equipment. * Maintain, service and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation systems, extract systems and associated controls. * Undertake maintenance and fault diagnosis on commercial heating systems, boilers, pumps, expansion vessels, pressurisation units and associated equipment. * Carry out repairs and maintenance to domestic and commercial plumbing systems, including sanitaryware, pipework, valves and water distribution systems. * Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions to minimise downtime and disruption whilst supporting site projects, shutd...
