Job Details

Your new company
A market-leading organisation based at its Coventry Head Office, recognised for its commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. The business is investing in the development of its finance function and is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, enhance reporting and provide valuable insight to key stakeholders across the organisation

Your new role
As Management Accountant, you will report directly to the FP&A Manager and play a key role in delivering accurate monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will work closely with budget holders and senior stakeholders across the business, providing meaningful financial insight, challenging assumptions and supporting strategic decision-making. The position offers a blend of management accounting, commercial finance, business partnering and FP&A responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional looking to add value beyond the numbers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACCA or CIMA qualified, or actively studying towards a qualification, with previous experience in management accounting, financial planning or commercial finance. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability and experience producing budgets, forecasts and management reports are essential. You will be confident working with large datasets, building financial models and communicating financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Experience with Power BI, IFRS and business partnering in a fast-paced commercial environment will be highly advantageous.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll join a forward-thinking organisation where finance is viewed as a key business partner. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, play an active role in business performance improvement and have the opportunity to develop your FP&A and commercial finance expertise. Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, you'll benefit from flexible working options, ongoing professional development and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing finance function. Competitive salary and hybrid work.
