Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are recruiting Parcel Sorters on behalf of our client, a busy 24-hour logistics operation based in the Carlisle area.

Are you reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? If you're looking for a hands-on role with the potential to become permanent, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and handling incoming parcels.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Checking parcels for damage and discrepancies.
• Preparing parcels for dispatch.
• Moving stock and maintaining a tidy warehouse.
• Following health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to undertake regular bending, lifting, twisting and manual handling safely.
• Flexibility to meet changing operational requirements.

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.

Important: Due to the rural location and limited public transport, candidates must have their own reliable transport.
